CEBU City North District celebrated back-to-back victories in the Miss Universe Philippines Cebu 2025 pageant as Gabriella Mai Carballo claimed the title on Wednesday at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino's Grand Ballroom.

Carballo, a 26-year-old Doctor of Medicine graduate, succeeded Kris Tiffany Janson, who also represented Cebu City North in the annual pageant.
