PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Thursday said he would celebrate Christmas in Manila and Baguio by spending "a little quality time" with his wife, first lady Liza Araneta-Marcos, and his family.
Marcos said he would spend Christmas eve in Malacañang, after which he planned to travel to Baguio.
