PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Thursday said the Department of Justice (DOJ) would assess the recommendation of the House quad committee to file charges against former president Rodrigo Duterte and his allies over the past administration's war on drugs.

In an ambush interview in Pasay City, Marcos said that it was the DOJ that would have to determine the next steps based on the recommendation.
