KUALA LUMPUR — Malaysia's top diplomat will be issued a fine for puffing a cigarette in a nonsmoking area, the Southeast Asian country's health chief said on Wednesday.
Health Minister Dzulkefly Ahmad earlier this week reposted a photo of Foreign Minister Mohamad Hasan smoking at a streetside eatery in southwestern Negeri Sembilan state.
