President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. says his review of the approved budget for 2025 'will take as long as it takes' due to changes from the original requests of the different departments. He, however, vowed to enact next year's spending bill before Dec. 31. Marcos said, however, what's left was his veto power because it has been approved at the bicameral conference committee level.
