Muntinlupa City recently marked its 107th founding anniversary with a celebration that went beyond festivities. The city honored the very essence of what made Muntinlupa great: the integrity, compassion and resilience of its people.

In his anniversary speech, Mayor Ruffy Biazon reflected on the inspiring acts of honesty and service shown by Muntinlupeños throughout the year.
