MANILA, Philippines — Meralco put to waste a 13-point advantage, bowing to a resilient home squad Busan KCC Egis, 72-68 in their East Asia Super League home-and-away season 2 game on Wednesday night at the Busan Sajik gymnasium.

With Heo Ung, last season's Korean Basketball League Playoff Most Valuable Player waxing hot, Busan unleashed a crippling 19-2 bomb in the waning minutes of the game to complete the comeback win.
