BUTUAN CITY — The Department of Social Welfare and Development in Caraga Region (DSWD-13) prepositioned relief resources in strategic warehouses beginning Tuesday afternoon, as Tropical Depression Querubin continues to threaten the region.
"The team is now on alert, closely monitoring the situation and coordinating with local government units (LGUs) as needed," DSWD-13 said in a statement on Wednesday.
