CEBU CITY — The city council has requested an audit from the Commission on Audit (COA) on two controversial infrastructure projects, including the Cebu City Sports Center (CCSC) track oval rehabilitation and the reinforced deck girder bridge in Barangay Pulangbato, both under care of the same contractor.

During the council's regular session, councilor Rey Gealon filed three resolutions addressing these concerns. The resolutions request COA to audit the implementation of these projects and advise the city government on how to proceed with the CCSC track oval rehabilitation.
