A MEMORANDUM of understanding (MOU) has been signed between the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) and the University of the Philippines (UP) for a housing project that will benefit its faculty and staff.
DHSUD Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar told The Manila Times that the MOU he and UP President Angelo Jimenez signed last Monday was part of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.'s flagship Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) program.
