THE Commission on Higher Education (CHED) through its Tulong-Dunong Program (TDP) awarded stipends to a total of 933 students enrolled in different higher education institutions (HEIs) in Ilocos Norte province as part of its broader initiative to alleviate financial burdens for students, particularly those from rural areas.

These HEIs include the Mariano Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU), Data Center College (DCC) of Laoag, Northern Christian College (NCC) and Divine Word College (DWC) of Laoag.
