Best young poets hailed by NCCA

STUDENTS from all levels in Metro Manila and the provinces competed in various categories at the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA)-organized 'Diwang: Sagisag Kultura ng Filipinas' at the culmination and final stage of the competition, with the winners proclaimed at MICE Convention Center, Quezon City.

Finalists in Pagbigkas ng Tula, Balagtasan, Kundiman and Spoken Word Poetry battled it out for the win, with the best performers proclaimed by the respective judges.
