SINGAPORE — Singapore's non-oil domestic exports rose 3.4 percent in November from the same month a year earlier, data on Tuesday showed, as shipments of electronics increased while nonelectronics declined.

The rise compared with a revised fall of 4.7 percent in October and a Reuters poll forecast of a 0.7-percent drop.
