MANILA, Philippines — ACT-CIS Rep. Erwin Tulfo once again emerged as the frontrunner in the latest survey on senatorial preferences.
The 2025 Pre-Election Senatorial Preferential Survey conducted by Tangere in December showed, however, that Rep. Tulfo's support was notably weaker among upper and middle-income classes compared to the lower-income sector.
