MANILA, Philippines — The low pressure area (LPA) off Davao del Norte has developed into a tropical depression named "Querubin," the state-run weather agency said on Tuesday.
Nathaniel Servando, Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) administrator, said the tropical depression was estimated some 215 kilometers east-southeast of Davao City.
