SAN Rafael town in Bulacan is now included in the Guinness Book of World Records for coming up with the "Largest Gathering of People Dressed as Angels" at the Victory Coliseum in San Rafael, Bulacan Municipal Compound, on Saturday, Dec. 14.
Mayor Cholo Violago said San Rafael has been preparing for the goal of achieving the desired world record for five months. He expressed his gratitude to all who supported and participated in the said record attempt.
