Baguio beefs up towing capability

BAGUIO CITY — The local government through the City Engineering Office (CEO) has procured a new truck to beef up its towing capability in the city.

In his report to Mayor Benjamin Magalong, Acting Assistant City Engineer Richard Lardizabal said the new unit is an upgraded model and is significantly more advanced than the city's existing one.
