ON Jan. 1, 2025, Bernie Liu will assume the role of executive chairman of both Golden ABC (GABC) and its holding company, LH Paragon Inc., after nearly 30 years of leadership as CEO of GABC, known as the Penshoppe group.
Alice Liu will step up to the CEO role, following a two-year succession plan. Previously serving as president and COO, Alice will continue as president, relinquishing her COO title. This transition was carefully planned, with Bernie and Alice collaborating closely to ensure a seamless handover.
