Retrofitting a building involves modifying it to improve performance, energy efficiency, and safety. This process may also include adding new features or upgrading existing systems. The retrofitting project for 2330 Roxas Boulevard in Pasay City is particularly significant as it is the headquarters of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).
