(UPDATE) MANILA, Philippines — In front of a record crowd 25,248 fans, the University of the Philippines (UP) Fighting Maroons exacted revenge on last year's Finals tormentor De La Salle University (DLSU) Green Archers through a 66-62 Game 3 win at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on Sunday, winning the best-of-3 series, 2-1.
Quentin Millora-Brown sank the insurance free throws with 11.3 ticks left as La Salle could not get closer after Kevin Quiambao missed his three-point attempt and EJ Gollena could not drill his two freebies off a foul in a rebound play.
