THE provincial government of Surigao del Norte has called on the National Electrification Administration (NEA) to swiftly address the ongoing power crisis on the islands of Siargao and Bucas Grande.
The islands have been reeling from prolonged power outages since Dec. 1, caused by severe damage to the submarine cable that supplies electricity.
