CEBU CITY — The Cebu City Council rejected a proposal to revoke the reclassification of the Carbon Public Market from institutional to commercial zoning despite strong opposition from market vendors.
The council upheld its earlier decision to approve the reclassification which paves the way to the construction of the Carbon Market Redevelopment Phase 1B.
