Cloud clusters may develop into LPA - Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines— The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said that it is monitoring cloud formations outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) that may develop into a low pressure area (LPA) within 24 to 48 hours.

These cloud formations east of Visayas and Mindanao were bringing rain in some areas, weather forecaster Grace Castañeda said.
