CEBU CITY — Police arrested a 64-year-old man on Wednesday evening after he allegedly shot and killed his live-in partner and her 14-year-old daughter inside their home in Barangay Valladolid, Carcar City.
Authorities identified the suspect as Jethro Lapiña, who allegedly shot 38-year-old Jennive Abella and her daughter, Valerie, following an argument.
