CITY OF MALOLOS — Bulacan Gov. Daniel Fernando cited the province's consistent dedication to excellence and good governance when he highlighted Bulacan's eighth consecutive Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) award during the Pamaskong Pagdiriwang at Ulat sa Lalawigan 2024 at the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium on Wednesday.
Led by Fernando and Vice Gov. Alexis Castro, the provincial government of Bulacan received the prestigious recognition given by the Department of the Interior and Local Government on Tuesday at the Manila Hotel.
