(UPDATE) AFTER several postponements and delays, a Quezon City Regional Trial Court (QC-RTC) judge finally handed down a verdict on Friday, finding one guilty and acquitting another of the 2012 killing of a female model and television talent.
Judge Caridad Walse-Lutero of Branch 223, found Fernando Quiambao Jr. responsible for the shooting and killing of Julie Ann Rodelas on Nov. 6, 2012, in Quezon City.
