THE Department of Agriculture (DA) is expanding its Rice-for-All program to more cities and towns nationwide in a bid to bring down market prices of the staple.
Agriculture Secretary Francisco Tiu Laurel Jr. on Friday went to Pasay City Public Market to supervise the rollout of Kadiwa ng Pangulo kiosks that would sell affordable rice to consumers.
