A POSSIBLE collaboration to develop the country's dairy industry is afoot, following a meeting between National Dairy Authority (NDA) Administrator Marcus Antonius Andaya and Metro Pacific Agro Ventures (MPAV) CEO Jovy Hernandez at the NDA Central Office.

The NDA is a government corporation attached to the Department of Agriculture (DA).
