BAGUIO CITY — Cordillera's best amateur golfer Luigi Paolo Wong fired 36 points to lead Camp John Hay Golf Club (CJHGC) Team 1 to the Fil-A title in the 74th Januarius Fil-Am Invitational Tournament at the Baguio Country Club on Friday.
