CEBU CITY — Dismissed Mandaue City mayor Jonas Cortes has expressed his opposition to the city's total ban on electric bikes or e-bikes which he said are an affordable and environmentally friendly transportation option for Mandauehanons.
He urged Mayor Glenn Bercede and the Mandaue City Council to reconsider the policy, which is being enforced by the Traffic Enforcement Agency of Mandaue (TEAM).
