CEBU CITY — The Environ-mental Management Bureau (EMB) in Central Visayas has confirmed that air quality in Negros Island remains safe despite the eruption of Mount Kanlaon.
As of Thursday, data from monitoring stations in Negros Oriental and Cebu province showed that pollutant levels are within safe limits.
