(UPDATE) MARIKINA Mayor Marcy Teodoro said he will file a motion for reconsideration over the decision of the Commission on Elections (Comelec) First Division to cancel his certificate of candidacy (COC) for congressman in the city's first district.
Teodoro also said he is still a legitimate candidate as the decision is not final and executory.
