CITING the uncertainty facing rebel returnees awaiting approval of their amnesty applications, Senators Robin Padilla and Juan Miguel Zubiri sought an inquiry into the status of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.'s amnesty proclamations.
The two senators filed Senate Resolution 1258 on Wednesday, directing the appropriate committee to conduct the inquiry in aid of legislation.
