Agreement for voting of inmates signed

A MEMORANDUM of agreement for the peaceful and orderly voting of inmates in the May 2025 midterm polls was signed between the Commission on Elections, Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) and Public Attorney's Office (PAO) in Manila on Thursday.

PAO chief Persida Rueda-Acosta said the initiative was the continuance of the cooperation between the same agencies forged during the 2023 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections.
