MANILA, Philippines — Easterly winds that carry humid and warm weather will be experienced all throughout the day over Metro Manila and the rest of the country except for isolated downpours and thunderstorms, the state-run weather agency said on Friday.
With no storm in sight at least until weekend, most parts of the country will likely have generally-fair weather, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said in its 5 a.m advisory.
