Sotto monster effort powers Alphas past Thunders

(UPDATE) SHOWING newfound confidence in his game, young Filipino big man Kai Sotto registered a monster double-double effort to lead the Koshigaya Alphas past the Kawasaki Brave Thunders, 100-74, in their 2024-25 Japan B.League collision on Sunday at the Koshigaya City Gymnasium.

The 7-foot-3 Sotto was a tower of strength for the Alphas, finishing with 25 points and a personal best 18 rebounds to lead his team to back-to-back wins against the Brave Thunders.
