La Salle outlasts UP in thriller, forces decider

(UPDATE) MANILA, Philippines — Defending champion De La Salle University outlasted University of the Philippines, 76-75, in Game 2 at the Mall of Asia Arena on Wednesday to push the UAAP Season 87 men's basketball Finals to a decider.

Fueled by Kevin Quiambao's two triples and two baskets from Mike Phillips, the Green Archers erased a 66-73 defecit to lead by one, 76-75, in the last 1:07.
