BACOLOD CITY — Gov. Eugenio Jose Lacson has placed the province of Negros Occidental under red alert status following the eruption of Kanlaon Volcano on Monday.
Lacson also activated all response clusters in the province to facilitate emergency response and humanitarian assistance.
