PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Tuesday led the inauguration of the P7.8-billion North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) Candaba 3rd Viaduct, a five-kilometer bridge that would spur regional development in Central Luzon through enhanced connectivity and business opportunities and tourism activity.
In his speech during the opening of the viaduct in Pulilan, Bulacan, Marcos said the project was a fulfillment of a "promise of safer, faster, more reliable travel for every Filipino."
