No storm forecast until weekend but showers, thunderstorms to affect most parts of PH--Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines — Despite scattered and isolated rain showers in many parts, the country will remain storm-free at least until this weekend, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Wednesday.

Pagasa weather specialist Benison Estareja said three weather systems - shear line, easterlies and northeast monsoon or 'amihan' - are affecting most parts of the archipelago.
