JD Cagulangan seeks to graduate as UAAP champ

MANILA, Philippines — JD Cagulangan showed a hunger to end his collegiate stint as a champion after helping the University of the Philippines (UP) inch closer to winning the UAAP Season 87 men's basketball tournament.

Cagulangan made 13 points, five assists, four rebounds, and two blocks to help the Fighting Maroons beat De La Salle University (DLSU) in Game 1 of the finals last Sunday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
