LINGAYEN, Pangasinan — Government officials of Pangasinan on Monday called on authorities to fast-track the investigation on the gunslaying of Umingan town councilor Ponciano Onia and arrest the people who are responsible for the crime.

"There's no place for that kind of heinous action here in the province of Pangasinan and we heavily condemn that action," said Vice Gov. Mark Ronald Lambino at the regular session of the provincial board here.
