Sandigan junks 2 civil cases on coco levy funds

MANILA, Philippines — The Sandiganbayan Second Division dismissed two civil cases in connection with coco levy funds.

The court dismissed Civil Case 0033-A and 0033-F in a 33-page resolution promulgated on Dec. 6.
