PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. inaugurated the country's first Mobile Soil Laboratory (MSL) on Friday in a bid to provide the agriculture sector with critical technology needed to achieve food security for the Philippines.

In his speech in Malacañang, Marcos highlighted the procurement of the MSL as a historical landmark, emphasizing the critical role of the development agriculture sector.
