CAMP CAPINPIN, Tanay, Rizal — Soldiers belonging to the Philippine Army's 4th Infantry Battalion encountered armed individuals of undetermined number in Sitio Parakasoy in Bulalacao town, Oriental Mindoro, on Thursday morning.
In a report to the 203rd Infantry Brigade, the government troops were conducting peace and security operations in Sitio Parakasoy in response to a tip provided by the residents when they spotted a group of armed men loitering in the area.
