THE Land Transportation Office (LTO) has extended the suspension of the policy banning the use of improvised plates.

On Tuesday, Dec. 3, the LTO said that the suspension of the implementation of Memorandum Circular VDM-2024-2721 against the use of improvised plates, and Memorandum Circular VDM-2024-2722 on the rules regarding the motorcycle taxi pilot study will be in effect until further notice.
