THE Department of Agriculture (DA) will introduce the Kadiwa ng Pangulo's Rice-for-All program to several public markets in Metro Manila in a bid to provide lower-priced options to consumers.
Assistant Secretary Genevieve Guevarra, head of the Kadiwa program, said kiosks would also be set up in MRT and LRT stations.
