MANILA, Philippines — Except for isolated rain showers or thunderstorms particularly in the late afternoon or at night, most parts of the country will be experiencing fair weather over the next 24 hours.

Weather specialist Rhea Torres of the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said it has neither monitored any tropical cyclone nor a low pressure area in the coming days.
