MANILA, Philippines — San Miguel Beer coach Jorge Gallent said import Quincy Miller is playing the role of a substitute as original choice Troy Baxter has yet to secure its playing clearance.
Gallent bared that Baxter failed to secure his playing clearance in time for the Beermen's PBA Season 49 Commissioner's Cup debut versus Phoenix, forcing them to activate Miller in an interim basis.
