CEBU CITY — Mayor Raymond Alvin Garcia and police chief Col. Antonietto Cañete face serious accusations for allegedly allowing cockfighting events to take place inside Nustar Resort and Casino, a hotel located at the South Road Properties here.
The events reportedly violated local and national regulations because the venue is not an accredited cockpit arena.
